PRODUCTS | BULL-NOSING

Bull-nosing is the cranking of profiled sheeting to the required radius. This technique provides the client with various attractive design options to enhance the appearance of any building. The cranking of profiled sheets entails lateral rib indentations pressed in at regular intervals that may vary according to the specified radius.
The deep broad flute design offers excellent drainage characteristics combined with optimum weight versus load/span capabilities.
Availability
Bull-nosing is available in galvanised steel 0.4, 0.5, 0.58 and 0.80.
Standard cranking is usually done with the narrow flute uppermost and the bend away from the angular inclination. With reverse cranking, the narrow flute is pointing downwards while the bend is made into the narrow flut. Cranks can be at the end/ends or at any position along the length of the sheeting.
